从《丹心谱》开始Starting with The Red Heart Score
1978年与梅阡一起执导《丹心谱》，本档案以此作为导演生涯作品时间线的起点。In 1978, he co-directed The Red Heart Score with Mei Qian; this archive uses that production as the starting point of his directing chronology.
独立执导与实验戏剧Independent Directing & Experimental Theatre
1980年第一次独立执导《为了幸福干杯》；随后完成《绝对信号》《车站》《野人》等作品。In 1980 he independently directed A Toast to Happiness for the first time, followed by Absolute Signal, The Bus Stop, Wild Man and other works.
林兆华戏剧工作室Lin Zhaohua Theatre Studio
以工作室方式持续进行经典重构、跨文化实践与新的舞台形式探索。Through the Studio model, he continued to rework classics, pursue cross-cultural practice and explore new stage forms.
北京大学戏剧研究所Peking University Institute of Theatre
参与创建并担任所长，推动大师工作坊、戏剧论坛与实践型戏剧教育。He helped establish the Institute and served as its director, advancing master workshops, theatre forums and practice-based theatre education.
大型剧场与跨界作品Large-scale Theatre & Cross-disciplinary Work
《白鹿原》《大将军寇流兰》《窝头会馆》等作品将地方声音、摇滚、群体表演与传统剧场经验带入大型舞台。Works such as White Deer Plain, Coriolanus and Wotou Guild Hall brought local voices, rock music, ensemble performance and traditional stage experience into large-scale theatre.
